Dindi Cleaning Terms and Conditions

We ask you to read through our terms and conditions and sign that you understand them. If you have any questions please reach out via email.


● For cleans that are longer than once a month this will now be charged as a spring
clean instead of regulars.
● Invoices overdue by more than 2 days will have an additional $25 added to the invoice
as a late fee.
● If you have 2 or more outstanding invoices, your service may be canceled. Please
contact me in advance if you need to discuss this.
● If you refer someone both you and them will receive 10% off your next clean. Only if
they book two or more cleans *
● If Mobile reception is limited at your property staff will request Wifi for ‘clock in &
clock out’ purposes, staff safety or emergencies. Staff have been made aware that
this is strictly for work purposes and not for personal use
● If a clean is canceled within 24 hours you may be charged a 25% cancellation fee. *
● If you cancel services twice in a row your spot may be forfeited.
● All staff have access to our clock in and clock out system which is required to be used,
invoicing is done based on their clock in/out times, and are rounded to the closest 15
minute mark.
● Please do not expect staff to clean animal waste. This is not an expectation of staff,
but a personal choice if they choose to do so.
● Staff are not expected to clean up any biohazard materials. Eg. blood, fecal matter,
urine etc. *inside the toilet bowl excluded from this.
● Staff have a right to feel safe and may leave at any moment if they feel unsafe.
● If you are unwell please let us know.
● When ending services we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
● If we are ‘locked out’ or unable to complete services due to no fault of ours. You may
be charged for our time.
● If we are ‘locked out’ we will try to reach you and if we are unable to reach you within
15 minutes staff have the right to leave.

For your information

  • All Dindi cleaning staff are aware that the information given to them in the cleaning role stays strictly confidential eg. gate codes, locations of lock boxes/ hidden keys.

  • Any knowledge or information they may notice from your home is kept confidential.

  • Dindi Cleaning supplies all the equipment and materials required for a cleanExcept the toilet brush.

  • We use Earth Choice products. This is septic tank safe.

Photo release

We may take photos of before and after photos of your home to display on our social media and website. Posted images will not have any information/ personal details within them. The purpose being so we can showcase our work. We are happy to share the photos with you first, if you’d prefer.
